1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 27ph. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and 27ph ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your 27ph account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Any withdrawal to a payment account not registered in the member's name will not be processed. 27ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to separate promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. These general Terms do not override the specific conditions attached to individual promotions.

Key points regarding all promotions:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live casino tables or bingo rooms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or 27ph staff.

Where 27ph identifies a pattern of activity that suggests systematic exploitation of our games or systems — even without clear proof of intent — we reserve the right to investigate and take proportionate action, including temporarily suspending account access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 27ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, data, or revenue.

27ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
